Power Skating - This program is focused on stride mechanics and overspeed skating. These sessions will develop and improve stride, crossovers, explosiveness, agility, edge control, and balance.
Skills - This program will be a mix of puck control, and small area agility drills.

Hire a Coach
Have Coach Daryl attend your practice. $175/hr Includes; 10 minute phone call, 50 minutes of on-ice training at your next team practice, and any training aids required (pucks, pylons, danglers, etc...) Phone call is to discuss specific areas your team needs improvement. Whether it be fundamental skills, small area games, skill stations, game scenarios, or special teams instruction, coach Daryl can help get your team to the next level!
This is only offered to teams within 30 minutes of Burlington ON.
