The importance of learning proper technique is vital in skill development, and muscle memory. This is the reason why Knowles Hockey breaks down skills and teaches in progression to maximize a players potential.

Coach Daryl is determined to get you out of your comfort zone and to the next level! He has high energy, and a passion for coaching hockey. His knowledge and understanding of fundamental skills, and player development is best in class. With specific focus on stride development, edge control, balance, agility, creating speed, power, and acceleration. 

Coach Daryl is certified with Hockey Canada, has his up to date respect in sport, and criminal background check.
